Building a new home is a tremendously complex endeaver. It involves many people, usually split up into sub-contractor groups, each working on different parts and systems of the house. Having hands on working knowledge of all building aspects of houses, we are completely aware of problems associated with the building and construction of homes. We arrive at Inspections with complete knowledge of the building process, but also how to diagnose problems and how to repair them. With this Knowledge we can give our Clients a complete understanding of the problems in the house and support our clients understanding with what the different Contractors will tell them before needed repairs are started. We also inspect contractors repairs when done, to make sure the repairs were done according to Best Building Practices along with Manufactures Installation Guidelines , and report on any problems that arise with the repairs.
